FAQ

Questions, answered.

A quick rundown of how Terum works and what to expect. If your question is not here, book a demo and we will walk you through it.

Product

Terum solves the synchronization problem: telling people and agents what they need to know, when they need to know it. It watches your team's signal and routes only what matters, in the tools you already use.

A net, a graph, and an algorithm. The net catches what every teammate and agent produces. The graph turns it into a typed map of your decisions, each with an owner and a why, without anyone writing anything. The algorithm delivers each item to the right person or agent at the right time, and pauses work that contradicts a standing decision.

Along three dimensions: impact, urgency, and proximity. We keep them separate rather than collapsing everything into one combined score, so the reason something reached you is always clear.

Only with a person's approval. It drafts the ticket, the reply, the follow-up, then waits for someone to approve it before anything leaves.
